What to know a little bit more about the generations living today and into the future?

The generation called the Millennials (born between 1977 and 1995), Gen-Xer (born between 1965 and 1976), Baby Boomer (born between 1946 and 1964).  Guess what the next generation up and coming is called?  Gen-Z (known as “the kids these days” or “kids you will be hiring in a decade, todays pre-teens and teenagers”).
